Office Admin & Sales Support Assistant

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Foreign Trade, and/or related departments
  • At least 3 years of experience in office admin, sales support or logistics activities
  • Preferably experienced in pre-accounting (Preferably with knowledge of Logo and SAP)
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a result-oriented approach
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Preferably residing on the Anatolian side

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Managing general office operation processes and supporting sales support teams
  • Managing/coordinating meeting, invitation and organization processes
  • Coordinating flight and hotel reservations of team members for business trips
  • Processing of invoices from suppliers into the relevant systems and carry out the preliminary accounting process
  • Supporting the purchasing process in line with the demands of the relevant departments for office needs (Stationery-Cleaning Materials-Kitchen)
  • Following the processes in the procurement of services and products and to communicate with the suppliers
  • Supporting necessary documents and activities in communication with the human resources department
  • Coordinating Senior Management appointment organization and ensuring coordination between departments
  • Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and technique
  • Prepare and assemble communications with the management teams and external agencies to include notices, agendas, and other materials
  • Supporting sales support team for any processes related with customer orders and logistics in coordination with logistics team

Years of Experience : 5 - 10 years of experience
Level of education : Bachelor’s(Graduate)
Languages : English( Reading : Advanced, Writing : Advanced, Speaking : Advanced)
