University degree in Electrical and/or Electronics, Control or Mechatronics Engineering
Minimum 3-4 years of experience in industrial automation market and OEM business.
Having leadership qualities.
Technical knowledge of motion products with deep know-how.
Very good command of English both written and spoken.
Good communication skills, teamwork, highly self-motivated, resolute and positive emotional skills.
Military service should be completed for male candidates
No restriction for travelling abroad

Responsible for PLC, HMI, Network, Power Supplies ,Scada, Field Devices.
Implementation of all local strategies related to control solutions.
Determining mid-long term product and marketing strategy for all control products.
Bridge role between Local Technical Team and R&D HQ.
Playing key role in marketing activities and customer events.
Preparing printed marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, price lists, catalogues, technical announcements, product articles.
Supporting sales team about control products offering based on strategic and analytical thinking.
Additional vertical sales & business development responsibilities in targeted markets which is compatible with responsible products
Technical and commercial support to sales team and channel partners by working closely and transferring the experiences.
